Dr. Padilla grew up nearby in Redmond, Washington and she is so thrilled to be back in the greater Seattle area to practice. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Washington, Seattle and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. She then completed her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC in Los Angeles. As much as she loved being in California (and close to her sister and Disneyland), she always looked forward to coming back to the Pacific Northwest to practice dentistry.
As a child, Dr. Padilla loved going to the dentist, and even looked forward to it. She desires the same for all of her patients. She strives to achieve this by showing the utmost respect, compassion, and understanding, regardless of a patient’s current oral health status. She loves getting to know her patients and relating to them on a personal level.
Dr. Padilla is so grateful to be a part of the best team around. She believes that patients are also an important part of the team. Together she works with them to restore and maintain their oral health. She approaches every appointment with her patient’s best interest in mind, to ensure a comfortable atmosphere. She also believes a healthy and confident smile can make a big difference in everyone’s lives. She loves seeing how this change in patients’ health brings a new self-confidence that extends far beyond the dental office.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling to new places, and supporting our Seattle sports teams.

Very welcoming environment. The staff was really friendly and kind. For someone that gets really bad anxiety about going to the dentist this was the perfect place. Very clean. Helped me understand everything that was going on and answered my questions.
I went in to get a chipped front tooth looked at thinking I’d need a crown. Dr Johnson said I didn’t need one he fixed it right then. He did a perfect job on it. The staff is very professional and friendly. I will definitely be back for routine work. I highly recommend.

I just came back from my first appointment at Monroe Smiles and it was by far the best experience I have had at a dentist office. It is a very nice facility, everything is top end, the entire staff is friendly and great to chat with, and they are very transparent in their care and share details and explanations for what they are doing and seeing.
