Meet Dr. Jeremy Johnson, DDS Dr. Jeremy Johnson is the Doctor Owner of Monroe Smiles. After acquiring the practice in 2003, he served as our lead dentist for more than two decades before stepping back to focus on the administrative growth of the practice.While you might not find Dr. Johnson practicing dentistry every day, you can still find him stepping into a suite or stopping by the front desk to catch-up with patients. As part of his passion for continuing education, he regularly collaborates with our practicing doctors and actively participates in specific client cases. As a current member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Snohomish County Dental Society, Washington Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, Dr. Johnson is committed to continuing education courses - staying up-to-date on techniques and technologies in dentistry. Originally from Massachusetts, Dr. Johnson spent most of his childhood living in Bangladesh, where his dad was a missionary dentist. As a teen, he returned to the states and then attended Andrews University in Southwestern Michigan, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology. In 2001 he earned a Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Loma Linda University in Southern California. Dr. Johnson feels his bio is incomplete without introducing you to his best friend, life partner, and master of mayhem, Heather. She’s not only integral in supporting his family at home but also in supporting the practice through marketing integration. Dr. Johnson lives in Monroe with Heather, their son, Devan, and two dogs, Walter and Lily. They also have four adult children, Anne, Alexis, Aubrey and Jackson along with two grandsons. They spend their spare time traveling, gardening, playing racquetball, entertaining friends and family. |
