Chief Operations Officer

Ashley joined our team in 2015 and has loved helping patients feel confident about their smiles ever since. She enjoys getting to know each patient she meets. During her time off, she enjoys spur-of-the-moment road trips and spending time on the river with her family and friends in Leavenworth.

Kristi

Lead Dental Hygienist

Kristi has been involved in the dental profession for 20-plus years. She loves encouraging and educating patients to be in their best health. Her hobbies include tackling DIY projects with her husband and going on adventures with her daughter.

Sarah

Dental Hygienist

Sarah has worked in dentistry since 2009. She has completed numerous continuing education courses and enjoys connecting with patients and coaching them to optimal oral-systemic health. Sarah’s favorite thing to do is show the world to her two daughters.

Camille

Dental Hygienist

Camille’s dental journey began in 2020. Her favorite part of her job is helping patients achieve their health and esthetic goals while getting to hear about their lives. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, yoga, pilates, and spending time with her husband and dogs.

Tiffany

Lead Dental Assistant

Tiffany had an interest in dentistry when she was younger and, unlike most kids, enjoyed going to the dentist. She's loved helping patients improve their confidence since joining our team in 2019. Her hobbies include hiking and jeeping with her dogs.

Kim

Dental Assistant

Kim’s smile transformation as a child triggered an interest in dentistry. She's loved coming to work every day since she joined out team in 2018. Away from work her favorite pastimes include attending NHRA drag races and traveling to new places.

Molly

Dental Assistant

Since joining our team in 2021, Molly has loved chairside assisting and being part of something that makes others feel good about themselves. In her spare time she enjoys hunting, camping and living in her race mom era. Food makes her smile!

Maria

Front Office Lead

Maria joined the Monroe Smiles team in 2025. She has previous experience in social work and is a certified interpreter for the Spanish language. During her free time she enjoys watching her boys play soccer.

Stephanie

Patient Care Coordinator

Stephanie has experience in senior care and began her career in dentistry when she joined our team in 2025. She strives to make every patient’s visit as easy as possible. When she’s not in the office she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Marketing/Patient Care Coordinator

Stephanie has a background in marketing and began her dental career at our office in 2023. She loves interacting with patients and being able to help people. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her young children and watching college football. Go Vols! Go Navy, Beat Army!
